Azure portal > Networking > Network Security Group
NSGs can contain list of ACL(Access Control) rules that allow you to grant/deny access to a resource.
NSGs can be associated with subnets or NICs
When associated with a subnet, the ACL applies to all of the VMs inside that subnet.
- NSGs can only be applied to resources within the region
where it's created.
There is a priority set on rules, each rule must have a
unique priority
Rule with small number will be with high priority.

Once the NSG created, we can create Inbound/Outbound Security rules.
By default, there are some rules created.
