Fonts installation

In the past, fonts in Windows have always been installed for all users. Because that is a system-wide change, it always required admin privilege.
With Windows 10 Build 17704 the default font installation is non admin installation.

Copy the font in %localappdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Fonts\ and create below registry entry

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts]
"DejaVu Sans Bold (TrueType)"="C:\\Users\\panda\\AppData\\Local\\Microsoft\\Windows\\Fonts\\DejaVuSans-Bold_1.ttf"

Note : Path C:\\Users\\username\\AppData\\Local\\ is my %localappdata%.
